Refund policy

• Full report: if it isn't useful to you, ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
• Coach subscription: cancel any time and you won't be charged again. If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we'll refund that charge.
• Refunds go back to the way you paid, through our payment partner (the merchant of record). They usually show within 5 to 10 working days.
• When a purchase is refunded, its access key stops working.
